Reseach on resilience has been a hot topic in the last 40 years. And the good news is: it’s a skill. You can learn it.

But before working on it, you first need to know where you’re starting from.

I propose you to take the quiz developed by Al Siebert, an American author and educator who dedicated his life to study psychological resilience and to help people increasing their resilience factor.
